Website cancellation (recommended)

1. Sign in at your ElevenLabs account on the website.
2. Go to Account > Subscriptions or Billing.
3. Find the active subscription and choose Cancel or Manage subscription.
4. Confirm cancellation and record the on-screen confirmation or take a screenshot.
5. Save the confirmation email as proof. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

iOS (App Store) cancellation

1. Open the ElevenLabs iOS app and tap Account.
2. Choose Manage subscriptions; the app links to Apple's subscription settings.
3. Use Apple’s Manage Subscriptions UI to cancel. Apple then shows a cancellation confirmation.
4. If you need a refund for an App Store purchase, request it via Apple Support.

Android (Google Play) cancellation

1. Open the ElevenLabs Android app and tap Account.

Moving abroad or relocation

If you need to cancel because you are moving, cancel via your account page. Proof documents accepted are a copy of the new address evidence such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement. There is no statutory special rule that prevents cancellation; use the standard cancellation route.

Price increase by ElevenLabs

Cooling-off (14-day right)

Check access and credits
