JYP Bubble is a paid one-to-many messaging service run by Dear U Co., Ltd. It delivers texts, photos and occasional voice or video clips from artists signed to JYP Entertainment. Each artist requires a separate ticket-style subscription.

How subscriptions work

Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period. The documented single artist price for the UK market is £3.99 per month or £47.88 per year for one artist ticket. Messages and push notifications are included while the subscription is active.

Web cancellation (detailed)

1. Open the JYP Bubble Web STORE and sign in.
2. Go to MY Menu and select bubble Subscription Management.
3. Find the active ticket and click Cancel or Turn Off Auto Renewal.
4. Take a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation page and save emails.
5. Cancellation remains effective immediately; access continues until the paid period ends.

iOS - App Store cancellation (detailed)

1. Open the Settings app on iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions, or open the App Store app > profile photo > Subscriptions.
3. Select "Bubble for JYPnation" and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Keep the Apple confirmation email or screenshot as proof.
5. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to ensure it does not charge again.

Android - Google Play cancellation (detailed)

1. Open Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Choose Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Select "Bubble for JYPnation" and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Save the Google Play confirmation email as proof.

Email cancellation (detailed)

1. Compose an email to [email protected] from the registered account email.
2. Subject line: "Cancel subscription - [Your account/email]" and include your account ID, artist ticket name and last four digits of payment method.
3. Request explicit confirmation and a date-stamped reply.
4. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 days, escalate with your bank.

Postal cancellation (detailed)

1. Write a clear cancellation letter including account email, ticket name, subscription start date and explicit statement to cancel auto-renewal.
