Cancel via the Web (recommended)

1. Go to https://account.tidal.com and log in with the email linked to your subscription.
2. Click your profile, open Subscription or Billing settings, then click Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm the cancellation when prompted; keep a screenshot or PDF of the confirmation page.
4. Access continues until the last paid day; cancellation takes effect the day after your billing period ends.

Cancel on Android (Google Play billing)

1. On your Android device open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Select TIDAL > Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
4. Save the Google Play confirmation email or screenshot.

Cancel on iOS (Apple billing)

1. If you subscribed via the App Store, open Settings on your iPhone > your name > Subscriptions.

Cancel by Email or Support

Cooling-off period (14-day right to refund)

If you live in the United Kingdom and you bought a Tidal subscription online, you have a 14-day right to a full refund provided you have not started streaming or downloaded service content. If you start streaming or downloading within the 14 days you lose the full refund right except for any proportionate deduction allowed under the contract. This follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Required proof: date of purchase, payment receipt, and account activity history showing no streaming or downloads.

Price increase

If Tidal increases the subscription price, you may be entitled to cancel without penalty from the date the new price applies if the change breaches the contract terms. Required proof: Tidal price update notice and your billing showing the price charged. Death of subscriber

In the event of the subscriber's death, an executor or next of kin can request account closure and cancellation. Required proof: death certificate and proof of authority (executor documents) plus account ownership details.

Moving abroad or change of residency

If Tidal is not offered in your new country or the service materially changes because of regional restrictions, you can request cancellation and a refund if the inability to provide service began after the subscription started. Required proof: proof of change of address, such as utility bill or official document, and Tidal communication confirming service restriction.

Legitimate ground - poor service or unauthorized charges

If Tidal fails to provide the service with reasonable care and skill you can complain and request termination under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For unauthorized or incorrect charges you can dispute the charge with your card issuer and seek chargeback or Section 75 protection where applicable.

End of subscription period
