Web cancellation (Wondery.com)

1. Go to https://wondery.com/ and sign in to your account.
2. Open Account or Subscription settings and locate your Wondery+ subscription.
3. Choose Manage subscription and click Cancel subscription. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
4. Save the confirmation screen and any email from support as proof.

iOS cancellation (Apple)

1. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Wondery+ and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Apple will display a confirmation and send an email receipt from Apple. Use that as proof.

Android cancellation (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app on the device that made the purchase.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Wondery+ and tap Cancel subscription, then follow the prompts.
4. Save the Google Play confirmation email as proof.

Email cancellation

1. Send a clear cancellation request to [email protected] including your account email, subscription plan, and customer name.
2. Request a written confirmation and retain the reply email.

Postal cancellation

1. Write a signed letter stating you wish to cancel and include your account email and subscription details.
2. Mail it to Wondery, Worship Street, EC2A 2FA London, United Kingdom by recorded delivery and keep the receipt.
3. Allow for postal processing time and retain proof of postage.

Moving abroad or change of residency
