Web (Account cancellation)

1. Log in at https://www.cvtemplate.co.uk/.
2. Open your account dashboard and select Subscriptions or Billing.
3. Choose Cancel subscription or Manage plan then Cancel.
4. Follow on-screen confirmation prompts and download any final documents.
5. Save any on-screen reference number and wait for confirmation email.

iOS

1. If you subscribed via Apple App Store you must cancel via your Apple ID subscriptions in iOS Settings - open Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, find the subscription and Cancel.
2. Keep the App Store cancellation screenshot as proof.
3. If you purchased directly through the app but outside Apple billing, use the web or email steps above.

Android

1. If you subscribed via Google Play open Google Play, tap your profile, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, select the service and Cancel.
2. Save the cancellation confirmation from Google Play.
3. If purchased outside Play billing use the web or email steps above.

Phone

Cooling-off period (change of mind)

If the account holder dies, the executor or next of kin should contact [email protected] and provide a copy of the death certificate and proof of authority to request account closure and refund. The trader must close the account once valid proof is provided. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 for fairness of contract terms.

End of commitment

If your plan has a fixed commitment period and that period expires, you may cancel at the end date without penalty. Provide the original invoice or plan confirmation. If the trader refuses to recognise the end date, escalate under Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Legitimate grounds accepted by CV Template (based on available public policy)

Cooling-off and refunds
