Cancel Hulu the easy way

How Hulu positions itself

Hulu combines on-demand TV episodes, original series and an optional Live TV product that includes 95+ channels. Pricing tiers include ad-supported and no-ads tiers plus a live TV bundle that includes Disney+ and ESPN+ in the same package for US customers.

Web (official Hulu account)

1. Open a browser and go to https://help.hulu.com/article/hulu-cancel-hulu-subscription.
2. Log in to your Hulu account at https://www.hulu.com/.
3. Go to 'Your Account' then 'Your Subscription'.
4. Click 'Cancel' and follow prompts: click 'Continue to Cancel' if offered a pause, then 'Cancel Subscription'.
5. Take a screenshot of the final confirmation page and keep the confirmation email.

iOS (if billed through Apple)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID name then 'Subscriptions'.
3. Find Hulu and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.

Android (if billed through Google Play)

Moving abroad

If you permanently move outside Hulu's service area and your subscription is no longer usable, provide proof such as a copy of a rental agreement, utility bill or new employer letter showing new UK or foreign address.
