Cancel on the ITV website

1. Go to www.itv.com and sign in to the account that pays for ITVX Premium.
2. Click the profile icon in the top-right and select Manage Account.
3. Under Your plan choose Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
4. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Cancel via Apple (iPhone / iPad)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name to open Apple ID.
2. Tap Subscriptions, find ITVX Premium, then tap Cancel Subscription.
3. If you cannot find it, follow Apple support steps on cancelling iOS subscriptions per Apple help pages (ITV directs iOS cancellations to Apple).

Cancel via Google Play

1. Visit play.google.com and sign in to the Google Account used to subscribe.
2. Open My subscriptions, find ITVX Premium, click Manage then Cancel subscription and confirm.
3. Check your Google account email for a cancellation confirmation.

Cancel via Amazon / Fire TV

1. If you subscribed via Amazon, sign in to your Amazon account and go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions or the Prime Video Channels section.
2. Find ITVX Premium Channel or the ITVX subscription and select Cancel Channel/Cancel Subscription as shown in Amazon help pages.

Cancel by contacting ITV support

1. Use the contact form at www.itv.com/contactform or email [email protected] to request cancellation if you cannot access the account.

Cooling-off period (change of mind within 14 days)

You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of signing up for a paid Premium subscription, provided you have not started watching content where you acknowledged losing that right. Refund after cooling-off

If you paid up front and cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period you are entitled to a full refund unless you asked for services to start during the cooling-off period; in that case the trader may keep an amount for services provided.
