Cancel ITVX the easy way

Overview

ITVX is ITV's streaming platform offering free ad-supported live and on-demand TV plus an optional paid tier called ITVX Premium. The free tier streams live TV and offers hundreds of films and boxsets with advertising. ITVX Premium removes most on-demand ads, adds extra films and shows, and includes some download features on mobile devices.

Cancel via the ITV website (recommended)

1. Go to ITVX official cancellation help page.
2. Sign in at www.itv.com with the account that holds the Premium subscription.
3. Click the profile icon, select Manage Account, then Your plan.
4. Click Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.
5. Note the date your access will end - you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad (Apple subscriptions)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions, find ITVX Premium and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. If you cannot find it, open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions.
4. Apple controls billing and refunds; use Apple's help pages or contact Apple for refunds.

Cancel on Android / Google Play

1. Open a browser and go to play.google.com and sign in to the Google account used for the subscription.
2. Click My subscriptions on the left, select ITVX Premium, click Manage, then Cancel subscription and confirm.
3. Google issues confirmations and handles refunds where applicable.

Cancel via Amazon / Fire TV

1. If you subscribed through Amazon, go to Your Account on Amazon, then Memberships and Subscriptions and cancel ITVX Premium via Amazon settings.
2. If you used the ITVX app on Fire TV, follow Amazon help pages for canceling app subscriptions.

Cancel by web form or email

1. Use the ITV contact form at www.itv.com/contactform to request cancellation or write to [email protected].
2. Include your account email, subscription type and a clear request to cancel.
3. Keep the email reply as proof of cancellation.

Cancel by post (registered letter)

1. Write a clear cancellation request including account email, full name and date of birth, and send by registered post to ITVX, Upper Ground, SE1 9LT London, United Kingdom.
2. Keep the return receipt as proof of delivery and record the date for your records.
3. Processing time depends on mail handling; request a confirmation email from ITV after posting.

Moving abroad or change of residence

If you move outside the United Kingdom and your payment method or rights change, contact ITVX via the web form or email and provide proof of new address such as a utilities bill or tenancy agreement. ITVX does not publish an automatic rule to cancel for moving; you must request cancellation and provide the documented proof above.

Price increase

If ITVX increases the price of your subscription, you may cancel if the change materially alters your contract. Death of the subscriber
