Email - cancel by sending a message

1. Compose an email to [email protected] from the email on your account.
2. Include your full name, subscription ID, billing address and the date you want the cancellation to take effect.
3. Keep your sent email and any reply as proof. If you receive no response within 7 days, escalate by sending a registered letter to the address below.

Post - cancel by registered letter

1. Write a clear cancellation request including subscriber name, address, subscription ID and the effective cancellation date.

When cancellation may not stop a charge

1. Cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid the next billing charge.
2. The cancel button may be disabled during renewal processing around the 4th of the month; cancellations after the 4th take effect the following month.

Moving abroad or change of address
