Web (Deezer website or web app)

1. Open a browser and sign in at your Deezer account.
2. Click your profile icon (top left) and open Settings (cog icon top right).
3. Select Subscription or Plan management, then Subscription details & invoices or Manage my subscription.
4. Scroll to Want to cancel your subscription? and choose Cancel my subscription, select a reason and confirm.
5. Save the confirmation email as proof.

iOS (if you subscribed through Apple)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Find Deezer in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Confirm cancellation; Apple sends a receipt which is your proof.
5. Deezer cannot cancel Apple subscriptions for you; use Apple directly.

Android / Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Deezer and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Keep the Google Play confirmation as proof.
5. Deezer cannot cancel Google Play subscriptions for you; use Google Play directly.

Through a billing partner

1. Identify the partner that bills you (for example TIM or Orange).
2. Sign in to that partner's account area or contact partner support to cancel the Deezer add-on.
3. Obtain the partner's cancellation confirmation as proof.
4. Deezer will not accept cancellations done only in your Deezer account when billing is via a partner.

Post, email or physical letter

1. Write a clear cancellation request including full name, account email and subscription plan.
